The Bahamas playbook: BSD, Junkanoo, and Arawak Cay conch stands
Fish-fry stalls, resort takeaway, and Nassau fine dining all fit on Tablefllow. Here's how they price, pay and promote.

The Bahamas is a two-market country: locals and cruise/resort guests. Your storefront should behave slightly differently for each — same menu, different framing.
BSD ≈ USD, but be explicit
Set BSD as base. Because the peg is 1:1 with USD, you can leave the USD toggle on permanently — it removes zero doubt at the counter.
Junkanoo Boxing Day & New Year's
- Pre-order boxes for Bay Street parade goers — pickup 6pm–8pm.
- One SKU: conch salad + rum punch bundle. Hide everything else.
- Kitchen closes at 3am — enforced by Tablefllow so you don't say yes to a 4am order.
Arawak Cay stall-level QR
Every conch stand gets its own QR. Guests scan, order, pay with cash on pickup — but you now have their phone number for the next visit. That's the whole game.
Resort takeaway
Partner with Atlantis / Baha Mar concierge desks. Print the QR on the room-key sleeve — a share of every direct order goes back to the concierge as a referral commission (configurable in Team → Sales reps).
