How an Oistins Friday vendor could use Tablefllow
Stall-level QR menus, cash + bank-transfer split, and the weekly Friday broadcast that fills the pan.

Illustrative playbook
Educational example. Not affiliated with any specific Oistins vendor. Based on the publicly known Friday fish-fry concept at Oistins Bay Garden, Barbados.
Oistins is a competitive space — thirty stalls, one crowd, one Friday. The stall that captures phone numbers wins the year, not just the night.
Stall-level QR
- One QR poster per stall, printed on weatherproof card.
- Menu is the same 6 items each week — flying fish, marlin, dolphin, mac pie, cou-cou, rum punch.
- Add-to-cart in 2 taps, no modifiers.
Cash + bank transfer at the counter
Card readers die in the salt air. Accept cash and RBTT/FCIB bank transfer at the counter; Tablefllow logs both against the order so end-of-night reconciliation takes 5 minutes, not 45.
Thursday-night broadcast
Every Thursday at 6pm, a WhatsApp message to your list: 'Marlin's fresh tomorrow. First 30 pre-orders get a free rum punch.' Fills your Friday before you even fire the grill.
