Google rewards restaurants with fresh, positive reviews. Guests trust them more than any ad. The problem is asking — most owners feel awkward, and most guests forget. Tablefllow's smart review loop solves both.
How the loop works
- Order marked complete → 30-minute delay.
- Guest gets a one-tap rating link (1–5 stars).
- 4–5 stars → deep-link to Google review page, pre-filled with a starter.
- 1–3 stars → private feedback form to owner. No public post.
This is not a gate
You never block negative reviews. Guests can still leave a public review directly. The loop simply asks the happy majority to do what they already wanted to do.
Replying to reviews (AI helps)
