How a jerk chain like Scotchies could run on Tablefllow
Jerk-stand kitchen mode, pre-order pickup windows, and tour-bus group codes for the classic Jamaican jerk-pan format.

Illustrative playbook
Educational example. Not affiliated with Scotchies. Based on the publicly known jerk-pan quick-service concept operating across Jamaica.
Jerk-pan quick service has a queue problem, a bus problem, and a tourist problem. Tablefllow solves them in that order.
The queue problem: pre-order pickup
- QR at the entrance: 'Skip the line — order for 15 minutes from now.'
- Pickup shelf labeled with order number, not name.
- Tablet at the pan shows one item at a time — quarter chicken, half chicken, pork.
The bus problem: group codes
Tour operators book 30 lunches at a stop. Issue a group code — one URL, 30 individual orders, one bill to the tour company. Kitchen sees it as a single batch with a hard pickup time.
Cruise-day toggle
Falmouth port days: switch to pickup-only, USD display on, and enforce a 20-minute prep window so cruise guests never miss the bus.
Tourist WhatsApp
Every foreign phone number goes into a 'Return in 12 months' segment. Two weeks before their normal travel window next year, an auto-message: 'You had jerk with us last October. We remember the pork.' Conversion is absurd.
